BREAKING: Benjamin Netanyahu Wins… Muslim Response Is Insane

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud Party appears to have won an extremely tight race in Tuesday’s election.
Isaac Herzog’s Zionist Union appeared to have come in a very close second, and was even tied with Likud in two exit polls. Regardless, Netanyahu appears to have come out of the election in a better place to build a governing coalition in the Israeli Knesset.

Muslims and liberals reacted to the news in the traditional fashion — with inarticulate anger. Zafar Raja was actually the most polite of much of the immediate response:

Charming, yes?
Other responses were more … how shall I say it? Visceral.

But the aptly named red zvezda wasn’t about to be outdone in his ability to vent his spleen while adding nothing constructive to the conversation.

ShumperShumper even tried to tie this elevated theme into a hashtag. Good luck getting that trending, dude.

And finally, we had this, from Case? who, appropriately isn’t even sure of his own screen name and whose avi, like his world view, is upside-down:

Regardless of the reaction from the  left, voter turnout was reportedly the highest it was been since 1999, with 71.8 percent of eligible voters casting ballots. In other words, a remarkable number of Israeli voters apparently believe that Benjamin Netanyahu is best qualified to lead Israel through these troubled times.
Official election results will not be published until sometime Thursday, The Times of Israel reported.
After those results are made known, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will choose the minister he believes most likely to be able to form a working government — and as of now, all signs seem to indicate that that will be Netanyahu.
Meanwhile, President Barack Obama has also reacted to the news in typical form — by tweeting a picture of himself that has nothing to do with anything important whatsoever.
Obama tweet
Who do we talk to in Israel to get them to consider trading leaders with us? Anyone know? Is there a form to fill out or something?

Please share this article on Facebook and Twitter if you believe that America would be better off with a leader more like Benjamin Netanyahu than the one we currently have.
